"Ladies and Gentlemen, there was a man at the beginning of this tournament. A man with an idea to make a clan tournament that would get all the people from all over Naruto-Arena to fight for eternal fame. Nothing unusual, right? But then, many others supported his idea and finally made it possible to become true.
Jiyuu Kaishi as a clan is now proud that we can announce the Naruto Arena Revolutionary Tournament.
There is a lot of stuff going on everywhere and people sometimes forget what is the reason for playing this Hemidemisemiquaver as well as any other. The reason is that we want to have fun. Therefore, I bid you all, come and join this tournament in order to have fun, experience something new, something, that will be remembered for a long time and when new people come, they will see this tournament and they will think about it as something legendary.

Main Idea
~24 clans will participate in an all-out tournament which will have 3 phases. (If we can make the number bigger there wll be a change at all rules)
Phase 1 (Group Stage)
The 24 participating clans will divide into 4 groups of 6 clans.The 1st 4 clans of each Group will make it to the 2nd phase.
Phase 2 (Elimination Process)
16 clans will battle 1 v 1 in order to get into the final phase of the tournament.Only 8 clans will make it to the finale
Phase 3 (League Showdown)
8 clans will fight for the Crown into a league phase.

Phase 1 Rules
6 Clans will be divided in 4 different Groups.
Each group will be divided into 2 Divisions.
For instance If we have Group 1, Clan A B C D E F.
Division one will have clans A B and C.
Division two will have clans D E and F.
The wars are gonna be set up accordingly, for division one for example.
A + B vs C, A + C vs B, and finally C + B vs A.
The wars will be 6 vs 6, so for the clans teaming up will only submit 3 players, making it teamwork.
When these 3 wars get completed there will a change of divisions Depending on the Points Table.
For instance Division 1 results.
A= 9 pts
B= 6 pts
C= 3 pts
Division 2 results.
D= 9 pts
E= 6 pts
F= 3 pts
So B and C go to division 2 and E and F will go to Division 1.
The winning clan get awarded 3 pts the losing clan gets 0 pts so thats the tricky part if you win ur own war vs 2 other clans u will get 3 pts and the other 2 clans 0 pts. So Phase 1 will be consisted of 6 fixtures,The first 4 clans with the most points will make it into the next round.
War Rules
1. All matches will be played 3/5.
2. No using same teams twice(using 2 chars from a previous team counts as same team)
3. Do not copy your opponents team,(2 chars change counts here as well).
4. No full stuns/drain(leacher)/AoE and counter(reflect counts as counter)
5. This War is 6 VS 6 (3 + 3) (LMS)
6. When glitch occurs/Rule got broken, the opponent will decide if the match is repeated or not.
7. 1 week time to finish the matches
8. Random (Free) Matchups.
9. If less than 2 matches are played, then the Final Result will be a default, which means a draw (0-0).
Banned Combos
Each Clan will Ban 2 Character Banned Combos(each character can only be banned with at least 4 more),in total 6 Banned Combos,so each Division will have its own Banned Combos However In the same group The 2 Divisions are not allowed to ban the same Characters,so you will have to post your banned combos asap after the groups are made.
Example:
Group A Division 1 banned combos
Oro+tayuya/oboro
Jiraya+sasuke/naruto
Tsunade+yoroi/hinata
Group A Division 2 Banned combos
This division is not allowed to Ban oro,jiraya,tsunade(In another Group these characters are allowed,but in the same group each division will have different characters banned)

Phase 2 Rules
Elimination Phase,The matchups will not be random here's an example
Group 1 + Group 2
1st clan Group1 vs 4th clan Group 2
2nd clan Group1 vs 3rd clan Group 2
3rd clan Group1 vs 2nd clan Group 2
4th clan Group1 vs 1st clan Group 2
The same with the other 2 groups.The wars will be 8 vs 8 with 3/5 LMS matchups.

The clan that was Higher in the Pts than the other one will Decide About the banned combos.You can either choose NO Banned combos,or choose banned combos with only 10 Character Ban combinations

Phase 3 Rules
An All-out League with 8 clans.Each clan will face each other into 7 x 7 wars 3/5 LMS,Meaning that 7 fixtures will decide the Champion clan.The pts system will provide winners 3 pts losers 0 pts and Draws 1 pt
War Rules
1. All matches will be played 3/5.
2. No using same teams twice(using 2 chars from a previous team counts as same team)
3. You cannot use a character previous used before in any of your PB's
4. No full stuns/drain(leacher)/AoE and counter(reflect counts as counter)
5. This War is 7 VS 7 (LMS)
6. When glitch occurs/Rule got broken, the opponent will decide if the match is repeated or not.
7. 1 week time to finish the matches
8. Random (Free) Matchups.
9. If less than 4 matches are played, then the Final Result will be a default, which means a draw (0-0).

There Are No banned Combos in the last phase of the tournament

Prize
There will be a series of prizes.
The top 3 clans will receive a banner which they can showcase on their respective clan threads as well as a userbar with their respective position in the tournament.
There will be userbar kinda prizes for the player with most wins, with the best ratio overall, and for the worst player.
